Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date you receive your item, allowing you to request a return within this period.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unassembled/unused, unopened, and with the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Neway will refund the value of the returned goods, excluding any shipping charges paid.

Neway offers a 90-day warranty for our products. Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the items.

Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, Neway aims to process the claim within 7 days.

Once a full replacement warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive a replacement product or a refund to the original account charged for the purchase.

2.2 Replacement Parts

We reserve the right to send replacement parts instead of a complete replacement product when deemed appropriate.
